Our New Location
After 25 years in Broad Ground Road, we have taken a big decision to move! Happily it won’t be far, just a couple of miles down the road to Enfield Industrial Estate. This is also in Redditch and helpfully closer to the town and station. An interesting fact is that the industrial estate used to be the home of Royal Enfield motorcycles, and was one of the birthplaces of the British motorcycle industry.
Although our existing premises has served us well, we had come to the end of a ten year lease and were considering options. We’d previously looked for a place to buy but were never able to find the right one. Luckily, we found a brand new industrial development in Redditch of the right size. Even better it was totally empty inside, so could be set out exactly to our requirements. To top it all it is built to the latest insulation standards so will be environmentally friendly.
So we took the plunge and purchased the building! We have spent the last 6 months fitting it out so it tailored perfectly to our needs. We have installed a heat pump/air conditioning system and will be fitting solar panels, so our carbon footprint will be a tiny fraction of previously.
It will make us greener, more efficient, more cost-effective and should ensure our workforce are motivated to perform their best. It has plenty of room for expansion too.
We are all excited to move in and we would welcome a visit from all of our customers. We are very keen to show how the new building will enhance our repair services.
