Track your Repair

Maxey Moverley offers a comprehensive order tracking system, so you can see where your items are in the repair process at all times, regardless of the number of units you have with us.

All units undergoing repair are booked into our bespoke workshop management system and each item is assigned a barcoded identification label, which will then follow the unit throughout the repair process. This enables the visibility of real-time updates on the progress on each individual repair by logging into our online order tracking service, Network. Below is an example of the information available to customers through our system.

And once the unit has left our technical resource centre, full delivery tracking means you’ll know exactly where your unit is, right up to the moment it arrives back in your hands-ready to fit and ready to work.
