Maxey Moverley provides the leading repair and refurbishment service for specialist electronics in the UK.

To get your unit repaired simpy click on the Send us your repair tab above, fill out the returns form and we’ll then send you a returns pack, including a free DPD drop off label. Then simply package your unit, drop it off at one of the many local DPD drop off points and we’ll then send you a confirmed quote once we have recieved the unit. If it is unrepairable there is no charge.

Our Repair process is simple and straight forward, and includes a free DPD returns label to send in your unit for repair

  • To generate your free returns shipping label simply complete our returns form
  • We will then email you a self-print DPD returns label and details of the closest DPD drop off points to your post code
  • Print and attach the label to your well packaged unit and take the unit to your local DPD drop-off point
  • Once we have received your unit we will confirm our quotation by email
  • You can then start the repair by paying us by card or by sending in your purchase order (account customers only). In the unlikely event we cannot repair your unit you will not be charged
  • We will then fully repair and refurbish your unit as per our repair process, as detailed here
  • Your fully warranted unit will then be repackaged and sent back to you, using the DPD fully tracked service
