Do you confirm Receipt on the package?

Yes, we will confirm receipt of your unit(s) once booked in.

How do I pay?

You can pre-pay via the Book my repair function using a debit or credit card. Alternatively, by contacting customer services you can pay bay bank transfer or debit or credit card.

Is there a warranty with the repair?

Yes, all our repairs benefit from a 12 month warranty.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers all repair work and functional failures during use. It excludes physical damage or damage through misuse.

How is the unit packaged after repair?

We package repaired units in new boxes. PCBs are sent within anti-static bags.

Do you offer fixed prices?

Yes, most of our repair part numbers are with fixed prices.

Do you need an account to be able to send in a repair?

No. You can book a repair online or via Customer Services. Payment must be paid before commencement of work. If the unit is beyond repair a full refund will be issued.

How do we get a trade account?

Once you have a history of using us we will offer you a trade account, subject to the usual checks.

What details do I need to send in with the unit?

How long will the repair take?

The typical turnaround time is 7-10 working days. However items can be expedited upon request.

Do you offer a field repair fitting service?

We have started to offer such a service for Merrychef Ovens. Please contact us to discuss.

How good is the repair?

Our repairs are functionally as good as a new board. We replace components likely to shorten working life in order to maximise the life of your unit.

Is my unit still an OEM part after repair?

Yes, we keep to OEM specifications.

Do you keep a record of the repair?

All repairs are recorded and documented by us. We note the unit serial number and additionally affix our own unique number to aid traceability.

What happens if the unit is unrepairable?

We do not charge in this event and the unit will be returned to you (or scrapped here at your request)

Do you charge if you can’t repair?

No we do not.

I can’t find my part number on your website – would you be able to repair it?

In all probability yes. Please contact us to discuss.

Are units individually diagnosed before being quoted?

As a rule most repairs are on a fixed price basis. This offers certainty and simplifies the process. However certain units are priced on arrival due to component costs.
